Christian Women's Club hosts The Shopper's publisher
Jean Loxley-Barnard, The Shopper's Publisher and CEO, was the guest speaker at the recent Chesapeake Christian Women's Club luncheon at Great Bridge Baptist Church. Jean related the story of how she founded the publication in 1981 and has grown it over the years to 11 community magazines mailed to 110,000 homes with over a quarter million readers.
